Return & Refund Policy：

1. Bukutani Enterprise offer refund or exchange for items which are found to be faulty, eg. missing pages or manufacturing defects, upon arrival.

2. Refund or exchange requests must be submitted via email to bukutani@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the items.

3. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.

4. Items must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging and accessories.

5. A full refund will be issued or an exchanged item will be shipped once Bukutani Enterprise has received and processed the returned item.
